You Can Now Live In This Swiss City Solely On Bitcoin
The Plan structure recently took to Twitter to reveal a new map which showcases the hundreds of merchants throughout the city that accept bitcoin. Part of this strategy included Lugano making bitcoin a de-facto legal tender, which was announced in March 2022. The Plan foundation confirmed on Twitter today that visitors and locals alike can “pay with Bitcoin for food, drinks, art, style, fashion jewelry, vehicles, watches, tattoos, real-estate, local taxes, and services and so much more …”As the bitcoin environment grows, different jurisdictions will continue to contend for the business of Bitcoiners and Bitcoin companies.
