Source: KrollIn March 2022, a transaction of $2.51 million was directed from the company to the American Yacht Group, benefiting previous Alameda Research co-CEO Sam Trabucco.Just a couple of months after this transaction, Trabucco confirmed ownership of a boat while notifying his followers about his resignation in an August 2022 tweet. In response to his tweet, Caroline Ellison, Alamedas previous co-CEO together with Trabucco, wished him well and hoped he would savor more time on his boat. Its been an extremely formative experience working with @AlamedaTrabucco. Ive missed having him around in recent months, however Im happy of all the other Alameda staff members who have stepped up and more thrilled than ever about our future.
