Hashdex sits down with SEC over spot Bitcoin ETF application
In the conference, Hashdex provided its system permitting area Bitcoin (BTC) to be traded and held in the ETF on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), which the Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulates.Hashdexs filing differs from other area Bitcoin applications since it doesnt have a surveillance-sharing agreement with crypto exchange Coinbase.
