Sam Bankman-Fried’s lawyer challenges US gov’t proposed jury questions
The lawyer representing the previous CEO of the now-defunct crypto exchange FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, has claimed that the proposed jury questions for the approaching scams trial will generate prejudiced responses.In a court filing on September 29, attorney Mark Cohen, who is representing Bankman-Fried, competes that the jury concerns provided by the US government include loopholes that might result in an unfair trial for Bankman-Fried.
